How is Pricing Calculated?

Our 2025-26 pricing is calculated as follows:

Full service Boba Catering: $9.00 per drink + $75 Travel Fee + Tax

Grab and Go Boba Stand: $7.50 per drink + $75 Travel Fee + Tax

Boba Delivery: $5.50 per drink + $75 Delivery Fee + Tax

Any additional add-ons will be added to the total invoice as well.

Are there any extra fees?

There are no extra fees or service charges. The price in your official quote will be the exact amount you spend (even tax is included!). Tipping is not required, but will be appreciated :)

What do you need from the Venue?

We just need a 6ft table (or two 6ft tables for any event serving more than 200 cups) with linens. We would also need an outlet if the Neon boba bar sign is selected. If the boba bar set up is outdoors under the sun, we highly recommend the venue to provide adequate shade for the drinks as well. We will bring everything else that is needed including ice, our standard printed menu, drink labels, and table top decor. You are welcome to provide your own signage if you’d like.

How many drinks can you serve in 2 hours?

We have served up to 350 drinks in 2 hours. The line moves very fast due to our streamlined set up and experience with large events. Time extensions for our full service boba bar are available at an additional cost of $150 per hour.

What are the drink minimums?

Drink minimums for weekdays: 50

Drink minimums for weekends (Fri-Sun): 80

Each drink is 10 oz, so it is the perfect size to give your guests a small treat without having to commit to a large cup of boba. Many guests who love our drinks come back for seconds, or thirds!

How many drinks should I Order?

In general, a good rule of thumb would be a 1:1 ratio for guest count and drink count. Usually this balances out those who don’t drink boba and those who get more than one drink. If you know your guests all love boba, ordering 20% more than the guest count could be a good idea. If your guests are not too familiar with boba, ordering 20% less than the guest count could be a good idea.

how long is set up and take down?

Set up typically takes a maximum of 1 hour. We will arrive 1 hour prior to your service start time to ensure that the Boba Bar opens on time. Clean up typically takes around 30 minutes.

what are your most popular drinks and toppings?

Currently our most popular drinks are:

  • Jasmine Latte

  • Oolong Latte

  • Royal Afternoon (caffeine free hibiscus tea with lychee)

  • Everything Everywhere (jasmine green tea with passion fruit, orange, and guava)

Our most popular toppings are:

  • Boba

  • Oolong Jelly

  • Lychee Jelly

Can I adjust my drink count or drink selections after signing the contract?

You may make changes to your drink count and drink/topping selections up to 7 days before your event date. Decreases in the drink count made less than 14 days before the event date will receive no price adjustments.

How do i book?

  • Check our availability and get a custom quote by filling out our online inquiry form

  • Review our custom quote and let us know you’d like to book. We will send you a contract and link for the deposit

  • Schedule a drink tasting if needed (complimentary for full service boba bar only. $50 otherwise)

  • Sign the contract (The contract will outline all of our terms and services. We will also collect additional information for your event to ensure a smooth catering experience)

  • Make the deposit (50% of the quoted price)
